It's only taken me forever and a day to get around to buying a dual stick pro adapter for my camera's memory card so that I can download the photos since I lost the cable when we moved but I can proudly say that I now have the photos I promised of my new ring bearer's pillow & flower girl's basket. I made the pillow using the majority of directions from Once Wed's Mossy Ringbearer's Pillow but instead of using moss, I glued a piece of latex foam to the floral foam and covered it in ivory satin. Absolutely no sewing needed! And I have to admit, I'm pretty proud of myself for creating such a marvelous pillow. The flower girl's basket was a plain ivory basket I picked up in Party City for $5 then I decorated it with the left over navy blue ribbon from making the ring bearer's pillow. It was really important to me that they coordinated exactly. I haven't decided exactly what kind of flowers I'll be using, but when I do, I'll have the florist create a mini-arrangement in the basket since I don't want her dropping petals.
